Sunley Polska S.A. is known as General Contractor in the field of designing, engineering works, civil engineering, general building, modernization and refurbishment.

Sunley Polska has been present on the construction market since the beginning of the 1990’s. It had been a part of the International Holding Sunley Turriff Group until May 2004 when it was taken over by the Irish Group of Companies.

During the construction of this project Bernard Sunley & Sons Polska sp.z o,o. Company was founded. It was soon awarded the contract for the construction of a new LPG Marine and Rail Terminal in the North Port in Gdańsk for Gaspol S.A.

Due to its growth and development, in 1996, the company was transformed into Sunley Polska, a joint-stock company.

Sunley Polska has also built the CO2 Terminal in Gdańsk, in the North Port, a contract awarded by Hydrogas.

It has also completed the contract for the development of Road and Rail Link in the Gdańsk Port.

What is more, Sunley Polska has finished the construction of the office building for Bałtykgaz in Rumia on the Baltic coast.

In Kraków, the company has completed the construction of luxurious apartments for the British developer Davies Polska as well as the residential complex for Isuzu Motors Polska.

In August 2000 Sunley Polska completed in less than 10 months the construction of the hypermarket Tesco Kapelanka in Kraków.

In 2000 - 2001 Sunley Polska completed the complex of treacle containers for Westway on the premises of Gdynia Port.

The main investment executed in 2001 by Sunley Polska was the hypermarket Tesco in Rzeszów.

Since 2001 Sunley Polska has also been cooperating with the Japanese developer SHIMIZU. As the General Contractor of the building part, Sunley Polska has participated in the construction of the industrial plant Toyo Seal in Tychy and AKS Precision Balls in Żarów near Wałbrzych.

Since 2002 Sunley Polska has been cooperating with a supermarket chain, LIDL, for which it has completed supermarkets in Kraków and Nowy Sącz.

In 2002-2003 Sunley Polska completed supermarkets in Krakow and Nowy Sącz for German supermarket chain, LIDL.

The Irish Group of Companies bought a majority interest from Sunley Turrif Group, which resulted in the company coming back to the market. The new owner together with the Board extended the current range of activities adding the housing industry.

In 2005-2006 the company signed and completed a number of contracts such as a luxurious residential building in the centre of Cracow, alteration and the restoration of the historic municipal generator for the office and residential purposes, chain of Deutsche Bank branches all over Poland as well as the construction of the hypermarket Tesco in Stalowa Wola.

Since the turn of 2007 and 2008 Sunley Polska has been continuing its basic activity, i.e. completing building works. Signed and completed or carried out contracts for the construction of the:

Sunley Polska has also initiated its own development investments all over the country.
